Vegetable Curry

Last week project was vegetable curry. Very simple dish to cook and also one can eat it as a lontong if you have the *rice*.

What you need

1. Curry Powder
2. Santan or dried coconut powder
3. Cabbage
4. Long beans
5. Garlic
6. Carrot
7. Tau Kee / Tau pok
8. Tang Hoon
9. Dried scrimp
10. (My granny likes to add fish cakes, brinjal)

Salt to taste

Preparation - Chopping up the vegetables




Frying the vegetables. The softer vege would be the last to go. Thereafter, pour in the curry mixture and leave it to simmer for 15 mins till cabbage is soft. Add in the tang hoon.

Tada!! The cooked vegetable curry, steaming hot....

Look only hor. Tim overcooked the curry and most of the vege melted! So sad!
