It's Gastroenteritis

Just came back from visiting the doctor. After poking my tummy here and there, Doc declared Gastroenteritis. Layman terms, Stomach flu.

Almost everyone has had, or will have, what most of us refer to as stomach flu. The technical term for this is "gastroenteritis", which means irritation of the stomach and the intestines. Although it often goes away by itself in a couple of days (thus the term "24-hour flu"), it sometimes lasts longer -- and having it is a miserable experience for everyone concerned. The symptoms can vary depending on the cause of the illness, but the "classic" signs of stomach flu are a combination of diarrhea, fever, and vomiting. Vomiting and fever may or may not occur, but diarrhea is almost always part of the picture
What causes gastroenteritis?
Gastroenteritis can be caused by viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections. Viral gastroenteritis is highly contagious and is responsible for the majority of outbreaks in developed countries.
Cmmon routes of infection include: Food (especially seafood), Contaminated water, Contact with an infected person, Unwashed hands, Dirty utensils
Suspect the spaghetti i ate last night. I refrigerated the sauce for few days and then ate it with fresh pasta. The sauce must be the culprit! (sorry mum, not you!)

Doc enthusiatically suggesed giving me a jab to recover faster, and my jaw immediately dropped. NO way! I hate needles! But the choice was simply and unmercifully put in front of me (a)hug the toilet bowl (b) Jab. I chose the latter. Ouch!

So many medicines to eat. Almost vomit out the medicines. This month i not a good month. Already seen the doctor 3 times and incurred a huge bomb on medical bills! I missed my H!! No one cooking for me...
