Love Shuffle is a Japanese drama about the love lives of 4 singles who lives at the top floor of a luxury apartment in Tokyo. One day, the lift stalled due to a power failure and trapped 4 of them inside. While waiting for the lift to work, each start sharing about their love lives and wondered whether there is a truly fated one out there. As a result, they came up with an idea of shuffling their partners every week to find out more about their feelings.
The show has the Tamaki Hiroshi 玉木宏 of Nodame Cantabile fame as one of the lead actors. The rest of cast 香里奈 (Karina), F4 Matsuda Shoda and Tanihara Shosuke as the 4 high flying neighbours.
I especially like the way they assemble at the common corridor to wait for each other after work, sipping wine and all while waiting. Plus their pajamas parties! How cool isn't it?
After watching I only wish I could this kind of life!
Thumbs up. I greatly recommend this show as this gives a new fresh perspective in love.
I am on my 3 re-runs now. LOL. Escape from reality = watch TV.
