T has been very busy lately with his project as it is at the end of construction, that means handover time ! I haven't seen him that much this week as he was doing OT till midnight and weekends all burnt. (Last week and this week)
I did the wifey thing of visiting him on site yesterday and went to tour his project. There could be a possibility that we may buy one of the units and being in the same line, I don't mind "kapohing" to find out more about his project. (Mainly villas)

The project is situated in Songjang, about 40mins away from Shanghai city centre. Currently MRT line goes straight to there, and the site is about 800m away from the station exit. The surroundings are still undeveloped, with lots of vacant land, farming lands etc.
The land itself has little rivers running through (real ones), the feel of a holiday resort. Sheshan is situated somewhere behind but too far to be seen. It will be very scenic come few years later if the trees and greens turn lusher

Sample BedroomEach villa retails at about 12k to 18k per m2 depending on the location. The sizes of villa ranges from 180m2 to 250m2 in area. The basement is given free which is about 70-80m2.

Noooo. Its far from the city about 40-1 hour ride. No shops around.
