Lei Gardens

For a change, the whole family grandkids and all went to the Lei Gardens at Chimes to celebrate my MIL's birthday. It is my first trip to the chimes Lei Gardens. My previous trip was years ago when i was temping for Caltex.

The boiled chicken with sharkin soup was yummy! Very thick and full flavour. Even the chicken meat has absorbed the overall essence. I haven't taste such yummy soup in along long time.

The rest of the meal was disappointing. Not worth the $720 price tag. Even the signature dish - chicken was a tad too salty for my taste. In fact, almost all the dishes were too saltish for me. Even the dessert was too sweet.

Deep fried fish / Sliced fish fried with French Beans.
